A great manager in place that can run the business day to day.
The manager is key to making a successful transition and will form part of the groups leadership team for the future.
In summary they are someone you would trust 100% with the future of the nursery.
Has at least a Good Ofsted rating
A sound commercial footing is key to sustaining the business over the long term.
Annual sales of more than £400k per year with the majority of staff being permanent team members.
Is generating profits on a monthly basis.
Can be either leasehold or freehold. If Freehold we would look to buy the property and the business.
We can only work motivated sellers - it could be retirement, health, change of focus etc.
We prefer to talk to sellers direct and whilst initial contact may come with a broker all our focus will be talking to the owners directly
Our process is short, confidential and we will give full feedback if in the end the fit is not right for any reason.
We will act in full confidentiality always and will support the exiting owner as much as possible.
Both inside and outside the setting is obviously important to the success of the business.
Ideally with easy drop off and pick up places - although we appreciate city centre nursery locations may be different
Outside space that can be used all year round is so important to us and the children
Inside we are looking for fresh and calm settings with good furniture and suitable for babies and toddlers alike
