Hello .... I am a seasoned investor with over 15 years of experience in starting, building, buying and selling businesses. I lead Nova Nursery Group on the commercial aspects of buying nursery schools. I am surrounded with family members who are very experienced with helping children develop and who will be involved int he business in some way. With a background in business management and a keen eye for operational efficiency I will create safe, enriching environments for children while ensuring sustainable growth for our investments.

Nursery Practitioner
Sarah is an experienced nursery practitioner with a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies. Passionate about child development, she creates engaging learning environments that foster creativity and curiosity. Sarah is dedicated to building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. The future is bright for Sarah and is focused on becoming a Play Therapist and working with children to help them deal with trauma of all kinds.
Jessica Finlay-Black

Jessica is a law graduate and co-owner of Stagecoach Marlborough, with her wife Chloe. With a passion for drama, she focuses on boosting children's confidence through creative expression. Jessica enjoys working with all age groups, fostering a supportive environment where each child can thrive and discover their unique talents in the performing arts.

Chloe is a dedicated SENCo leader, school teacher, and co-owner of Stagecoach Marlborough. With a passion for inclusive education, she supports children with diverse needs while nurturing creativity through performing arts. Chloe is committed to empowering every child, ensuring they build confidence and flourish both academically and artistically.
